Any time we get some cold snaps we get asked the question "will there be less insects this year?". In this episode, we discuss some insect cold tolerance strategies.

About your hosts

Molly Keck

I am an entomologist (integrated pest management program specialist) with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension in Bexar County. My specialty is urban and landscape insects but I also love beekeeping and teaching people about beekeeping.

Wizzie Brown

I'm an entomologist with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, based out of Austin, Texas. I conduct educational program, research, and demonstration projects on urban and structural insects, working with a variety of audiences.
